Refund and Reschedule Policy
These policies apply to all Activities booked online and offline at Bay of Life.
No Show & or Cancelled less than 48 hrs from the activity date – No Refund will be applicable.
If cancelled before 1 week to 48 hrs from the date of activity – No refund, but you are welcome to reschedule the booking to another equivalent & available date and slot.
If cancelled more that a week before the activity date – Full refund or rescheduling as per your choice.
Refund processing will take 7 working days.
